Spring JLB and Softball Registration Now Open

PYAA Junior League Baseball and PYAA Softball have only 4 weeks remaining to register before the late fee kicks in. Head coaches in all leagues are still needed. In making the the experience better for the kids and our volunteer coaches we will be limiting the number of kids on each team. In the next few weeks we will begin limiting player registrations based on Head Coach numbers. Please consider becoming a Head Coach, the more Head Coaches we have, the greater number of kids we can take. Thank you in advance to all of our coaches, we so appreciate you willingness to volunteer. Register your child ASAP to guarantee them a spot on a team this Spring.

Late fees start 3/11/2024.  Last day and final day to register is 3/16/2024. 

We expect practices to start the first week of April, and games to start the first week of May.  At this time we do not have info regarding what specific days of the week the practices or games will be.

Please note the changes we have made regarding Teeball.  All Teeball leagues (boys and girls) will be conducted within the Junior League Baseball program. Girls will be put on all-girl teams and have unique uniforms (similar to what we have done for softball teams in the past.)  The girls uniforms will have jersey and socks. Boys will have jersey and cap.  Girls teams and boys teams will play against each other during the season.  No standings or scores will be kept.  Play will be similar to previous years in that everyone bats every inning. Coach pitch will be allowed for older children but if no hits after 3 pitches, child must use a tee.

 Tee Ball - $135 Boys teams and girls teams will be created. Girls uniforms will be consistent with the softball program uniforms.

7U Coach Pitch - $140

8U Coach Pitch - $165 (rules will not be modified to accommodate kids playing up from 7 year olds as was done last year. Evaluations will be required for playups.)

10U Kid Pitch - $195 (they will have a two button Jersey, rather than v-neck like the younger age groups) 

13U Kid Pitch - $215 (This league will have two umpires per game to enhance game experience. They also will have a two button jersey, rather than v-neck like the younger age groups)

Copper - Coach Pitch (Grades 1/2) - $140 No Tees will be used in the Copper league. If your child must use a tee, she must play in Teeball (Junior League Baseball.) Additionally, if your child is not ready to play coach pitch with 2nd graders, we kindly request that you register them for the Teeball program in JLB. Kindergartners who are 6 can play in Copper if they are 6 by May 1st,  otherwise they will be required to play teeball.

Bronze  - Coach Pitch (Grades 3/4/5) - $140

5th graders can play up to kid pitch with a successful evaluation

Silver - Kid Pitch (Grades 6/7/8)- $165

Gold - Kid Pitch (Grades 9-12 pending enough participants sign up) - $185
