When are games played? -We play games on Sunday afternoons (no earlier than 1:00). A short practice precedes each game.
When is registration deadline? TBD
-Waitlist will start when age groupings fill up. We can't guarantee placing kids whose registrations end up on the waitlist. (If you end up on a waitlist, no money is due until we can confirm placement of your child on a team.)
What does the Participant need? -Flags and Jerseys are provided.
-Tennis shoes are acceptable, however some participants prefer to wear cleats if they have them from another sport (plastic cleats only please.)
Can a child sign up for other sports while playing Flag Football? -Yes, this program is designed to have minimal conflict with other sports. There may be occasional conflicts but in general, we only play on Sunday afternoons.
Can we make teammate requests? Or coach requests? -For grades 6 and younger we no longer allow teammate requests. Teams will be formed with a blind draw.
-For grades 7 and older, we allow teammate requests to encourage the Jr. High and High School participants to gather their friends in friendly competition!
-We always will put siblings together if they are in the same age group. (We encourage you to email us about these situations so that we don't overlook it.)
-Coaches may pick ONE asst coach to coach a team with. Children are always placed on the team with their parent/coach.
What experience do we need to volunteer as a coach?-We encourage all interested parents to volunteer even if they have no experience. We will do our best to guide you through this process which will include a coach's meeting and coach packet (with rules) as we prepare to get started.
-Also, we encourage you to review internet/youtube sources for age appropriate drills for flag football.
-Our main objective is that the kids get reasonable direction to play the game and HAVE FUN!

We always need coaches...please consider volunteering!Who do we contact if we have additional questions?-The flag football program is now a part of our (Tackle) Football program. Questions can be directed to
